VisitReport Windows Release 2.23.1

What's new

Improvements

  • Sections that are deactivated for an Event are not shown anymore (e.g. Media-library, Teamcoordination, Meetings)
  • The Buttons for "Scan QR-code" and "Scan Badge" are now merged into one, provided both options are available for the Event
  • Follow-up email variants are now sorted alphabetically in the selection dropdown

  • Fixed an issue where fields of email recipients were unnecessarily treated as mandatory
  • Fixed an issue where adding a participant via Linkedin would sometimes fail on the first try and require to tap the button a second time, after which it worked

  • If you want to send the follow-up mail to more than one recipient, you can now add cc & bcc addresses as well
  • If you would like to send more information in the follow-up email, you now have the option to add an additional custom text to the follow-up email
  • Support for a new trade fair badge provider "spargo" is now available.
  • Thanks to indicators it is now easier to distinguish scanned business cards from the ones that have yet to be processed due to missing internet connection.

  • If a signature questions is filled out and there is only one participant in the report, users don't have to select him or her. Instead, said participant can sign direcly after clicking on the signature question.

  • The maximum number of participants per report may now be configured for each Event in the VisitReport Dashboard (default and max. value is 40)
  • The notes field on individual participants may now be deactivated via a setting in the VisitReport Dashboard
