VisitReport 2.25.0

What's new

  • The VisitReport Info Center has been added, allowing administrators to provide general information about an Event to colleagues on site.
  • The administrator can now control the access to the media library for an event using VisitReport Dashboard.
  • Added support for scanning LinkedIn QR codes.
  • Added pull-to-refresh functionality to the events list.
  • Added a view to display detailed information about each scheduled meeting.
  • Added option to connect to SAP Sales Cloud via web session.

Improvements

  • Combined the "Attachments" and "Note" pages into a single new "Additional Material" page.
  • Improved the display of warnings regarding missing mandatory and recommended fields on participants.
  • Added a missing offline mode indicator on the Meetings page.
  • Improved the display of the Meetings page when no meetings are available.
  • Adjusted the size of the modal used to edit follow-up email recipients to be more appropriate depending on whether a smartphone or tablet is being used.
  • Changed login error related to a missing licence from a toast message to an alert with an explanation.
  • Mandatory and recommended fields are no longer being ignored when adding participants from inventory data or CRM search.
  • Keyboards opened by typing into a search bar can now be closed with the "Enter" key.
  • Added indicator to distinguish between uprocessed an processed participants when scanning multiple business cards while offline.

 

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where mandatory number questions would not accept "0" as a valid input.
  • Fixed an issue where a certain sequence of steps when answering sub-questions could result in missing answers to super-questions being missing after exporting.
  • Fixed an issue where, when adding participants using the Inventroy Data feature, pre-filled values for the "Note", "PO-Box" and "VAT" fields were missing after the participant was created.
  • Fixed an issue where, in certain circumstances, meetings that were more than a week old or more than two weeks away were incorrectly displayed.
  • Fixed an issue where, when using the app in Spanish, the status messages as part of the event synchornisation were not displayed correctly after launching the app.
  • Fixed an issue where events that were newly created by duplicating an existing event, were incorrectly placed at the end of the draft event list.
  • Fixed an issue where the media library was inaccessible to terminal-users
  • Fixed an issue where changing the application language while in offline mode would break the language selection until the app was restarted.
  • Fixed an issue where user avatars and placeholder avatars were displayed differently in terminal mode.
  • Fixed an issue where the custom mapping feature "dynamic invalidations" would not work when exporting to a CRM, under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue where, after adding a participant via Linkedin, the Linkedin profile URL was encoded incorrectly, causing problems when trying to reopen the profile if it contained certain special characters.

  • Always up to date: A notification will now inform users when a new version is available
  • If you want to send the follow-up mail to more than one recipient, you can now add cc & bcc addresses as well
  • If you would like to send more information in the follow-up email, you now have the option to add an additional custom text to the follow-up email
  • Support for a new trade fair badge provider "spargo" is now available.
  • Thanks to indicators it is now easier to distinguish scanned business cards from the ones that have yet to be processed due to missing internet connection.
  • Support for static filters of the crm-data search is now available
