As of December 02nd, 2019, Pipedrive will change the login of the API we use to OAuth authentication. A login via the current authentication is thereafter no longer possible. Logging in via OAuth gives you transparency about which applications have access to data and gives you better opportunities to control the authorizations of these integrations.
That's why we're switching our connection to Pipedrive to the new, more secure OAuth authentication as of November 8th, 2019.
What does this mean for you?
- With the switch, all snapADDY users in our software will automatically be logged out of Pipedrive and will have to reconnect once via OAuth in the settings.
- A Pipedrive account can no longer be used by several snapADDY users. Each user has to login with his own Pipedrive account.
Otherwise nothing changes for you, your snapADDY integration or, if applicable, your mapping.
