See What’s Possible with VisitReport.
Looking for a solution to manage leads at trade shows or digitize your field sales reports—and you know exactly what you need?
VisitReport combines a mobile app for on-site capture with a desktop dashboard for centralized control and follow-up. Browse all features below and see how they match your requirements.
Universal Contact Capture
The integrated business card scanner recognizes contact and address formats from more than 50 countries and is available in five interface languages. Simply take a photo of the business card in the app—the scanner automatically extracts the data with exceptional accuracy and industry-leading recognition quality.
QR codes from more than 30 providers of digital business cards can be scanned and processed directly. snapAddy recognizes the individual provider formats and maps the contact data to the appropriate fields automatically.
In addition to business cards, you can scan codes on admission tickets, ID cards, or event badges (depending on the provider). During the scan, visitor data stored in the event database is retrieved via API and transferred directly into the VisitReport app. QR codes containing vCard data are also recognized and processed without issue.
With Quick Scan, you can capture contact data by scanning business cards, event badges, or QR codes in rapid succession—faster than ever before. Reports created using Quick Scan are automatically stored in a dedicated section of the app’s report overview.
Even when not all contact details are immediately available in writing, VisitReport lets you capture everything that matters in seconds.
All you need is the contact’s first and last name and the company name. The algorithm takes care of the rest, researching information from various public sources, such as:
general email and postal addresses
the company website
main phone numbers
the official company name
and a suggested personal email address, calculated based on known company data patterns
After a quick review, the data can be saved to the contact with a single click and sent to your CRM, including the lead questionnaire, within seconds. This helps you maintain a time advantage during post-event follow-up.
If your conversation partner doesn’t have a business card or badge, you can import contact details directly from LinkedIn using the snapAddy VisitReport app. Once the visit report is completed, the structured data is exported to your CRM system or marketing automation platform.
Already know your contact and have them stored in your CRM? Simply select the existing record via the snapAddy CRM integration and create your report based on that data.
Contact data can be imported quickly and easily via Excel—even in offline mode. This works both in the app and in the dashboard.
When creating a visit report, all relevant contact details can also be entered manually. The data is then transferred to your CRM system as usual.
NFC chips or NFC cards can be read directly. The linked digital business card is processed automatically, and the contact data is inserted into the appropriate fields.
The snapAddy VisitReport app can be used fully both online and offline, ensuring reliable contact capture even with unstable or limited internet connectivity.
Questionnaire
Questionnaires can be accessed in 49 different languages. Translations are managed in the dashboard and made available in the app.
If your questionnaire includes a signature field, you can collect a signature from your contact on the spot—for example, to confirm consent for data usage for marketing purposes.
Questions marked as “important” trigger a notification if they are left unanswered when the user attempts to exit the visit report. Unlike mandatory fields, the report can still be exported to the CRM even if an important question is not completed.
All content uploaded to the media library can be accessed at any time during a conversation. Materials can be shown directly, attached to a questionnaire, or included in a follow-up email.
Use the app’s camera to take photos, which can optionally be edited before being attached to the report. Videos, images, and PDF files from the media library can also be added as attachments.
You can enhance visit reports or questionnaires with sketches. Simply draw on a blank canvas and add the sketch directly to the report.
Instead of entering data manually, information can be dictated. Voice AI analyzes the visit report and automatically fills the relevant CRM fields. Rather than converting speech into plain text notes, Voice AI interprets the content and assigns it correctly: phone numbers are recognized as phone numbers, product interests are stored in the appropriate fields, and more. Just speak—and continue directly with sales follow-up.
With Kiosk Mode, visitors can enter their own data independently. At a trade show booth, attendees can complete questionnaires, provide contact details, enter prize draws, and more—without staff assistance.
Team Coordination
When many team members are working at a busy trade show booth, it’s easy to lose track. The integrated Team Coordination feature keeps everyone connected and up to date, showing which colleagues are currently available.
The app provides a complete list of your organization’s booth staff. From there, you can contact colleagues directly by phone or SMS.
Who specializes in which topic? Who can assist international visitors in another language? This information is available directly in the VisitReport app, where staff skills and expertise can be stored and viewed.
Within Team Coordination, you can share digital business cards from colleagues. Sharing can be disabled at the event level, and individual users can opt out of sharing their own cards.
Share Your Own Digital Business Card
You can also display and share your own digital business card (snapAddy BusinessCards) with prospects and customers directly from Team Coordination.
Follow-Up Emails
Leave a strong impression: while you’re still saying goodbye at the booth, your contact can already receive a personalized thank-you or follow-up email. Sending can be triggered directly during export.
Brochures or documents relevant to the prospect can be selected during the conversation and sent with the thank-you email. Attachments can also be conditional—for example, selecting a specific product interest in the questionnaire automatically adds the corresponding product brochure to the email.
Meetings
Using the Meetings feature, you can create meetings for trade show days directly in the app and book on-site meeting rooms.
The calendar view provides an overview of your own appointments and those of your colleagues. All upcoming meetings are visible at a glance, and visit reports can be started directly based on the meeting’s participant information.
There’s no need to check your calendar separately. Once your email client is integrated via the dashboard, meetings can be imported directly into VisitReport, giving you a consolidated overview of all appointments in one place.
