In 2026, our flagship CRM conference returns for its fifth edition. The CRM Experience is the home of the CRM community: a dedicated space to exchange ideas on real-world topics and the innovations shaping the CRM market. This year, the conference moves to a new venue for the first time: the Brückenbaron, just outside Würzburg.

In March, snapAddy CEO Jochen Seelig took the stage at the B2B Day by TOWA in Vienna. His session focused on how to turn a first contact into a real, structured workflow — powered by snapAddy. The verdict on the conference itself: one of the most compelling events in the German-speaking B2B tech space.

BOE International in Dortmund is one of the leading trade shows for the event industry. From January 14–15, 2026, we were on site with our Coffee Bike and business cards to go. Digitalization, AI, and networking continue to shape the industry — and the conversations at the event reflected exactly that.
