Digital visit reports
Paper chaos at the trade fair, lost business cards while transporting them back to your company - this is probably the case with most companies that carry out active lead capture at trade fairs or in the field. With snapADDY VisitReport, we have now finally digitized visit reports completely and brought them up to date. With the fully digitalized VisitReport solution, you no longer need paper for your lead process, which takes place on the road or in the field. The Template Configurator is used to define a question template, which is completed by all sales representatives at the field during an interview. The results are then transferred directly to the relevant fields in your CRM system for the defined questions.
Use snapADDY VisitReport in combination with a signature field you have set up to obtain marketing permission, e.g. consent to data processing or newsletter subscriptions. You can have all information confirmed in the text of the signature field that you are obliged to provide in the case of a direct data collection in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR The signature will be generated together with the text to a retrievable PDF. In addition to the PDF download, CRM export is currently available for Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive.
Sketches & drawings
If you want to create a sketch or drawing in the conversation, you only need to click on the color icon in snapADDY VisitReport and you can create a sketch that is attached to the report and will be displayed as an attachment in your CRM system. You have the possibility to select individual brush sizes and colors and you can easily reverse individual drawing steps.
Direct integration with your CRM system
A great added value of the solution snapADDY VisitReport is the direct CRM mapping of the given answers with their existing CRM fields. Thus, the results of the questionnaires can be stored directly in the right place in your CRM system. A drop-down box in response to your questionnaire can be converted directly to a drop-down value in your CRM system. All results are stored in the respective organizations, contacts and activity. Notes & attachments
You are at a trade fair in a conversation with a potential customer and he shows you a document / flyer, which you would like to keep in your CRM? With snapADDY, you do not have to keep this document and evaluate it later, but you can conveniently save the entire document in your CRM system via a simple photo.
The same applies to notes which result from the response of a prospective customer and cannot be assigned specifically to a preconfigured question in VisitReport. To do this, simply add a note to the visit report in the snapADDY VisitReport app, which is also transferred to the CRM system during an export.
