DataQuality Automation 2.15.0

What's new

  • Added a way to "group" / link suggestions. Therefore creating multiple suggestions within the same workflow node now creates a "Suggestion group". This way contacts are visually linked to accounts within the DataQuality suggestions list and can be updated in the CRM with one click and within one workflow execution. Users can also change the associated account.

Improvements

  • Navigate dependencies with ease thanks to a new warning that highlights any related workflows to the one you want to delete.
  • Avoid execution errors with the removal of the "Run again" button within the workflow execution models when the corresponding workflow no longer exists.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where connections within the workflow editor would flicker when zooming in/out.
  • Fixed an issue where labels of some node types where not translated correctly within the workflow execution modal.
  • Fixed an issue where the "rightclick" dropdown to create new nodes could reach out of the viewport under some circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue where the "filters" configuration of the duplicate check workflow node is not formatted correctly when opening the node config modal.

DataQuality Automation 2.14.0

What's new

  • Automatically start workflows when a web form is submitted using a new default workflow trigger "Process web form submissions".
  • You are able to run your own JavaScript directly inside workflows using a new Custom Code node.
  • We added new empty states for the workflow list and the workflow editor.
  • Visually switch the outputs of the "loop"-node in the workflow editor. The "loop" output is now on the left side and the "done" output is on the right
  • Display the label of "switch"-node outputs in the default output dropdown within the node config modal.
  • Introduced a new 10% zoom preset to the workflow editor.

Fixed

  • Show the correct node- and workflow id when editing a node config in the code view.
  • Turn off organization wide crm connection when editing a workflow when organization wide crm connections are not setup anymore.
  • Fixed an issue where the code view of workflow nodes used an incorrect JSON schema resulting in incorrect error hints.
  • Fixed an issue where saving an invalid node configuration was possible under some circumstances in the workflow node code view.

DataQuality Research 13.9.0

Improvements

  • Closing the "Install snapAddy Helper"-Modal now reloads the application.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where the "Select all" button within the company data search did nothing.
  • Fixed an issue where the "inbox" icon was not shown for contact suggestions.
  • Fixed an issue where DataQuality did not detect that the user is not logged in to LinkedIn anymore and could run into an endless loading state in the contact person search.

DataQuality Automation 2.13.0

What's new

  • Added support for periodic workflows, allowing ongoing automation that continuously improves data quality over time. Workflows can now loop periodically over configured entities without manual intervention. The execution progress is clearly visible directly in the workflow list.
  • Added support for SAP v2 using an organization-wide CRM connection.
  • Introducing a completely redesigned workflow editor with a switch from a horizontal to a vertical layout, a simplified editor header, and a streamlined process for connecting nodes. Colored node categories and support for node annotations and comments have also been added.
  • A new workflow wizard got introduced, to create workflows step by step.

  • Improved keyboard accessibility across menus and tabs, enabling faster navigation and better accessibility.
  • Enhanced node search in the “Create node” dropdown, now supporting searches by category and internal node ID for quicker discovery.

Fixed

  • Show the relative time of a workflow execution in the users locale.
  • Fixed an issue where pressing the space bar while focusing buttons / input fields would also toggle the drag/select mode in the workflow editor.
  • All nodes now correctly align with the workflow editor grid.
  • Hide the "more" menu of workflow nodes within the workflow execution modal.
  • Fixed an issue where the workflow execution modal would not render it's content in full width when switching to the full screen view.
  • Fixed an issue where changing the selected crm in the workflow edit modal would not correctly check if the selected CRM has organization wide crm connections setup.
  • Hide the organization wide crm connection checkbox for Pipedrive as it's not available there.

DataQuality Automation 2.12.0

Improvements

  • You now see an “empty” state in the workflow execution modal whenever no logs are available,
  • The data refinement workflow node got split in two separate options which are: "format, keep invalid” and “format, clear invalid”.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where "Empty" suggested values would be shown in a contact suggestion under some conditions.

DataQuality Research 13.7.0

What's new

  • You can now process a LinkedIn contact or company profile via a DataQuality Automation workflow directly by using the newly added “Run Workflow” button.
  • Organization administrators can now configure which features should be enabled within LinkedIn in the organization-wide DataQuality settings. This includes the transfer buttons, the export (merge) view and the workflow export button.
  • You can now bulk-export lead lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator through a DataQuality Automation workflow, making large-scale data transfers quicker and easier.

DataQuality Automation 2.10.1

Improvements

  • Added the ability to configure which data source is used when running a company data search in a workflow.
  • Each workflow node now includes descriptive guidance to streamline and clarify configuration.
  • The editor now warns you before closing a tab with unsaved changes, helping prevent lost work.

  • Quickly access long contact lists without clutter since extra items now appear in a convenient “More” menu for a cleaner, easier-to-navigate view.

  • Fixed an issue where navigating within any dropdown menu using the arrow keys, did not work as expected when some menu entries are disabled.
